"It is a wonderful thing that you do. I am more happy and look at things in a more positive manner. It’s funny what smoking can do to you mentally… it brings you down because you don’t’ feel good about yourself when you’re doing it! Well, that was the case for me anyway.

But now, I feel great and look better. The coloration of my teeth has really improved.. almost white again!

I could go on forever about all the wonderful reasons I’m glad I made the decision to stop smoking, but I’m sure you probably have heard most of them. I really feel good about not hiding from the kids and using that time to play with them rather than smoke!!

"Just wanted to prop you a line to let you know that I am doing great and still not smoking… It will be six weeks Friday and I feel great. I have had little to no cravings over the last several weeks I am joining a gym with my girlfriend. I actually went to a kick boxing class last week and I am going again tonight. I seem to have a lot of energy these days which is a good thing. I am back to taking on interior painting jobs on the weekends which is keeping me really busy. My husband is really proud of me. I hope that this will inspire him to quit too.

I handed out a lot of your brochures and have been spreading the good news to all of my friends that smoke that hey should look into doing the laser. I truly believe that it works, but most importantly you have to want to quit. I’ve been telling my friends that it won’t work if they don’t really want to quit. I know because my first session didn’t work. My second session, I really made up my mind that this was it for me. Now look at me. I feel so much better. I think my new addiction is shopping at Ross and my vitamin C chewable. I am also drinking more water than I have in my whole life. My doctors are loving you!!

I was at Meg O’Malleys for lunch Monday and thought about you. Hope we run into each other there one Thursday night, if not, I am only an email away or maybe we could have lunch at Megs one day. I am love their Sheppard’s pie, it’s like eating my Moms (she is from Ireland)."
